Head of Policy

This well regarding medical membership body, are looking for a senior policy professional to come and join their team on a 2 year contract. Within this exciting ole, you will be focusing on a specific policy area with this fantastic organisation. Working alongside internal and external stakeholders and partners, you will be designing and implementing a system and framework of policy that allows for a positive impact on patient protection and public confidence. You will be taking the lead on an end to end review, which has just reached the end of the concept stage, and you will be taking the lead on this review and seeing it through to completion. With a team of 2/3 direct reports and a matrix management of a further 5/6 Policy Managers, you will be seeing this piece of policy work through to completion during the time of the contract.The ideal postholder will:Be an experienced Policy professional at a senior levelExperience of working in a complex, multi stakeholder environmentHave strong line management experience
