Are you an HR Advisor looking for the next step in your career? What your role will be

Based from our clients head office in Camberley, you will work with managers at a team, regional and operational level providing comprehensive ER advice. This organisation has a high volume of skilled people managers, therefore your role will focus on higher risk cases. You will work closely with your managers looking at various options and help them resolve ER issues by influencing them towards commercial outcomes.
Over time your work will grow wider than pure ER advice and, as you will be assigned your own area (there will be almost no travel involved within this role), you will build a business partnering relationship with the relevant Operational Director. You will work with them to assist in analysing people KPIs, identifying and providing advice on potential issues. You will also help all managers by coaching (remotely) or training (directly) on preventing ER issues escalating.

What you'll need to succeed
You will already have a HR generalist background, with good knowledge of ER issues (absence management, grievance and disciplinary). You will also possess strong communication skills and be adept at explaining complex HR information to non HR staff whilst also influencing managers in taking the correct course of action. We want you to work independently and you will be the type of person who thrives with autonomy, however you will also know when to escalate matters when the need arises.

What you'll get in return
Salary GBP35,000
This is a superb opportunity for someone looking for a step towards a full HRBP role whilst also utilising their strong operational ER knowledge. You will be supported by a close knit team but be given the freedom to manage your workload and use your knowledge to resolve situations.
Ideally we are looking for you to be CIPD qualified (level 7), support may be available to progress from level 5 to level 7.
