I am currently recruiting a acquisitions surveyor - 12 month FTC, who is able to support my client, an established food and beverage boutique, with a significant roll out plan over the next 12 months. Their headquarters is in the West Midlands, but this an autonomous travel that offers a significant amount of flexibility and autonomy to the acquisitions surveyor.

Client Details

I am currently working with a market leading restaurant chain, with a national portfolio. This boutique chain is going through a significant period of growth and as such requires a acquisitions surveyor - 12 month FTC. This a national role, with a generous package and will be a fantastic addition to any CV.


This is a field based acquisitions role, based from the West Midlands. You are going to be responsible for acquiring a significant number of sites for this boutique client. This significant expansion plan across the UK, supported by an experienced property team. Who treat the staff really well. The acquisitions surveyor - 12 month FTC is a key position to the established team and there may be longer term opportunities after the initial 12 months.


The successful acquisitions surveyor will ideally be:

- An experienced acquisitions surveyor

- Who is able to work nationally (and travel to the their head office in the West Midlands) and work autonomously.

- A significant amount of experience in retail, ideally within the food and beverage sector.

- Be able to acquire a significant amount of sites, as part of this significant roll out plans.
