Here, you will have a real opportunity to get your voice heard. With support to become the best you can be, both professionally and personally, you will enjoy scope to take on a range of roles, specialise in areas that interest you, and take advantage of progression opportunities.
From beautiful countryside to vibrant towns, Surrey has a place and pace of life to suit everyone. What's more, London, the south coast and two international airports are all close by.

We offer a wide range of benefits including a healthcare programme and gym classes, career average pension scheme and flexible working, a host of discounts with local and national organisations, and leisure benefits such as free or discounted bus and rail travel.
The Regional allowance for Surrey Police is GBP2,500 per annum (paid monthly) and upon joining if you have two years' service (anywhere) you'll also be eligible for a GBP110 monthly fuel allowance when you join us.
The Role
Operations Command are looking for applications from Constables to join their successful team in delivering armed policing the counties of Surrey and Sussex.
This is an exciting time to be involved in the challenges of delivered armed policing. You will be rewarded with opportunities to develop your career in a supportive team environment.
Officers from under-represented groups bring a range of unique skills and experiences to their roles and to the organisation. With a growing and changing population in Surrey it is important we continue to understand and reflect the communities we serve. It is equally important that as an employer we develop our under represented officers into our senior leaders.
We would encourage officers from under-represented groups to join our force to help us reach our aims of reflecting our communities.
