Senior Customer Service Manager
Brook Street is working with a national company who pride themselves on delivering "right first time" customer service experience to its customers. With an established team, great senior management and a nice work environment, we're really proud to help them with this search.
We're looking for somebody with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, able to deal with complaints, conflict and issues as they arrive. This isn't a call centre, so the complaints aren't about billing issues or letters recieved, they can be serious complaints that can have a genuine effect on the company's reputation with its customers. Therefore, being able to take ownership of a complaint is very important.
Together with senior complaint handling, we're also looking for candidates who have management experience. Managing people across multiple departments and developing other managers in past roles will really help the candidate who is successful in this role perform well.
