Key Account Coordinator

We have an exciting new vacancy for a Key Account Coordinator to join a rapidly growing company based centrally in Bradford.

They have recently won a large global contract and need a competent Key Account Coordinator to join the team. The role will see you become the vital link between customer and production, ensuring that all aspects of the contract run smoothly and delivery dates are met.

Acting as the account manager you will provide all quotations for the customer, ensuring that you have the perfect understanding, and solution to their needs!

You'll then process orders onto the system, these will be complex and you'll need to use your accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving skills to ensure that the orders can be understood by the production team as well as invoiced correctly for the client.

This is a great opportunity for a confident, on the ball candidate who thrives under pressure and enjoys solving problems and developing customer relationships.

To be shortlisted for interview we're looking for the following skills and experience:
A background in account management in the engineering, manufacturing
Experience of complex order processing
Excellent communication skills and a pro-active nature
On the ball problem solving skills, you'll need to thrive under pressure
Solutions focused attitude, confidence to ask questions and the knowledge to find the right person!

Our client is offering a salary of £23,000 - £25,000 and free onsite parking.
There's also a good holiday allowance and stakeholder pension.
