Our client is a dynamic and ambitious 18,000-unit Housing Association based in Bedford and operating throughout the Oxford to Cambridge growth corridor. The organisation employs 400 people, has an annual turnover of more than £120m and a development programme that will see it build around 3,000 new homes over the next five years making it one of the top 25 of developing associations.
 
They are looking for a BI Analyst to join the BI and Insight team at a time when they are looking to expand BI to transform from simple business reporting, to providing data insight and data visualisation for effective decision making.
 
Ideally you would have a bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence or a related field and 3+ years’ experience working in a Business Intelligence role with wide knowledge of using the Microsoft BI Stack including:
 

• SQL (essential)
• SSRS (essential)
• SSAS Tabular
• Power BI
• Data Visualization
• Agile / iterative Development

Housing sector experience is preferred but this is not essential. The right candidate will work with existing team members on current projects working to create a new data visualisation experience using Power BI. They will support existing report infrastructure and help automate existing data collection and collation processes. You should be a self-starter comfortable working in an iterative team development environment but also capable of working independently towards tight deadlines.
