Complex Invoices
Foreign currency Invoices
Payment of invoices
Identifying and resolving discrepancies
International invoices
Processing of employee expenses- via Expensables
Collection of Direct Debits
Monthly reporting on expenditure
Bank Reconciliations
Reconciliation of Charity accounts
Prepayments and Accruals
Month End duties
Project work
To identify unreasonable costs and to raise a query, where appropriate
Working closely with other departments, including procurements
