Registered Manager - Children
Development opportunity - Childrens Registered Manager!
We are proud to be working with a leading and very highly regarded provider of childrens services in the area, with an excellent reputation for delivering high standards of care and positive intervention to children. We are seeking people with supervisory experience within a childrens residential service, at Team Leader level or above.
You will receive training and development to enable you to effectively take on this rewarding role. You will be based within a single occupancy home, and will manage a small staff team including a deputy manager. Your working time will be split between shifted and non-shifted hours, (weekends are not compulsory).
You will be part of a friendly and supportive community, enjoying regular get-togethers with other managers and staff. You will also work together to promote sociable events where the young people come together and carry out fun activities, and enjoy spending time with other young people and staff.
