CUSTOMER SERVICES - £17,500 - £18,000 - TELFORD
Our client based in Telford is looking for a Customer Service agent to join their small team Based in their Sales office.
You will be dealing with a wide range of customer enquiries and order processing via post, telephone and email. Liaising with customers to keep them update regarding orders they have placed. You will need to have experience of working in a similar role and using a CRM system.
You should have good sales knowledge of up-selling and cross selling techniques and be computer literate in all MS office applications particularly Excel.
