The Trade and Transaction Reporting Ops Business Management team is responsible for financial management and planning. The team works extensively with Finance, HR, IT and Project Teams to provide senior management with accurate reporting that facilitates business decisions and strategic planning.

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

* Reconciling, validating and summarizing Headcount and Financial data;
* Reviewing monthly capacity utilization submissions by managers
* Provide analysis and stories of resource plans to the business
* Tracking of headcount using peopletracker and IBM Cognos tool
* Tracking of expenses using financial Olap cube reporting and Tableau's MsViz;
* Review and manage the monthly accruals process
* Create and manage funding request needed for Contingent resource invoice payment
* Creative approach to problem solving and Ad hoc analysis
* Seeking ways to make process improvement and value-add recommendations across the organization
* Working with business partners including Finance, HR and other BMs to ensure timely and accurate delivery of headcount and financial report

Key Skills Required

* Strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
* Self-starter; willing to take initiative and follow-through with little direction
* Clear communication skills written and verbal;
* Comfortable in meetings and on phone with various levels of management
* Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
* Ability to manage confidential information and data
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a busy environment and work to a tight deadlines
* Understanding of accounting concepts would be useful
