Maintenance Electrician

For over 30 years, our client has expanded into the construction and engineering sectors with a highly skilled and experienced workforce. Due to the continued success, our client is currently looking for an experienced individual to join their workforce as a Maintenance Electrician.

Offering a proactive service, for commercial and industrial properties, ensuring that customer systems and appliances are fully functional and properly certified. In the unlikely event of an electrical breakdown we will respond quickly to minimise the effect of a failure.

Job Type: - Permanent position offered for person with initiative and a conscientious attitude.  

Salary: - Dependant on Experience.

Benefits: - Company Vehicle, Uniform, Pension Scheme, Bonus Scheme, and 20 days per year Holiday Entitlement plus Bank Holidays (after qualifying period).  

Hours: - Normal working hours 8am-5pm with overtime available during busy periods.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Service of environmental analysers, continuous emission monitors (CEMS)
• Compliance with quality procedures, processes and guidelines.
• Installation and commissioning support.
• Performing preventative maintenance activities.

Skills and Requirements:

• Electrician - Maintenance (Approved to 17^th Edition standard with ECS/CSCS)

Permanent position working in Southampton on local domestic and commercial long term contracts in residential accommodation blocks.  

Immediate start available with good rates of pay and good long term prospects.
