Estates Manager
Interim contract: 6 months
Salary GBP40-45per hour
Locations: Berkshire
A Government organisation is looking for an Estates Manager to join the team for a 6 months contract. The role is a varied role which will involve property valuations and estates management services for a mix of assets.
The client requires an Estates Manager with experience who can join an established team.
The role will involve:
- Management of services provided to the council assets. Services include rental income management, lease management including re- gears and renewals, reviews, lettings.
- Maximining rental income
- Daily property inspections of commercial, retail, residential, industrial properties
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant work
