Treves and Hyde are currently on the lookout for passionate and articulate Sous Chef to join their dynamic tea.

The successful candidate will be working closely with an established London head chef to create perfectly executed seasonal dishes using the finest ingredients.

The ideal candidate will:
- Already have 2 years' experience working as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous.
- Have experience working in high quality kitchens where the standards are of the up-most importance.
- Have strong organisational skills, reporting directly to the Head Chef supervising a team of 5
- Effectively maintain hygiene standards and work practice under pressure
Only those eligible to work in the UK and hold a valid UK work permit/visa will be considered for this position.
The position has an immediate start date.
