Are you an experienced freight forwarder / Transport Coordinator looking for your next move with a leader in supply chain and a fast growing company? Our client is looking to recruit a Freight Planner to join their face paced team supporting the biggest names in the food and beverage industry, dealing with the international road freight.

The Role:

As Freight Planner you will be coordinating international freight movements, liaison with freight forwarders, overseas customers and take responsibility for ensuring all deliveries/bookings are completed to the highest standard. You will display commercial awareness processing in a cost effective manner, have excellent communication skills internally and suppliers, ports, shipping lines, airlines, customs.

• Handling European road freight
• Managing shipments through supply chain
• Arranging movements from door to door

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience European Road Freight
• Communication skills
• Import/Export

Desirable Criteria:

• Customs process understanding
