Senior Building Surveyor

A new opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor has opened up in a London based Consultancy where you will have excellent opportunities for promotion in the near future. The successful candidate will have private practice experience and a commercial approach to working.

The role is client facing and the successful candidate will have a good understanding of property management; with experience in reporting on budgets, service charges, health and safety, and lease management.

You will be more than competent in the following disciplines:

- MRICS is essential
- Contract Administration
- Dilapidations
- Schedule of Condition
- Acquisition surveys
- Defect analysis
- Licence for Alterations
- Planned Preventative Maintenance reports
- Party Wall
- BRCA's

Excellent communication and relationship building skills are essential as you will be required to work as a trusted advisor to clients.
