Project Support Officer wanted for an exciting growing financial services company.
This position will give someone the exposure and introduction into project management, working alongside the PMO Manager and senior stakeholders supporting a number of key tasks.
- Support our recruitment process.
- Communicating with the recruitment agencies.
- Diary management
- Organising meetings
- Taking minutes
- Maintenance of Project Documentation
- Producing reports.
- Administration of SharePoint.
- Other adhoc administrative duties.
