Post: Deputy Service Manager – mental health crisis service
Hours: Full-time
Location: South Devon
Salary: £22,100

Do you have effective management and leadership skills, and experience in providing mental health crisis support?
We are seeking someone to be responsible for the safe and effective delivery and day-to-day operational management of our crisis accommodation service in South Devon.
Working alongside the Clinical Lead, you will support the Registered Manager to develop and deliver a high-performing quality service that provide people in crisis with accessible and effective pathways for recovery.
You will support the Clinical Lead and Registered Manager to meet and deliver the requirements laid down by external regulatory standards and internal governance requirements, and ensure that systems and standards are maintained to a high quality. The post holder will have a level of decision making responsibility, particularly around crisis management, incident procedure, and admissions.
You will:
- Manage relevant services on a day to day basis, providing appropriate direction to staff
- Provide induction, supervision, advice and guidance to a team of staff
- Ensure the service provides safe, effective, responsive support of a high quality
