As we continue to grow, we are looking to recruit an additional Senior HR People Advisor into our business to support our contact centre operations team. Paying a salary of £28,000-£30,000 and situated close to Principality Stadium we are in the heart of the City, you will have to the opportunity to join a global leader within the BPO sector.

As a Senior HR People Advisor your talent and knowledge of HR practices will help Webhelp continue to drive positive engagement, support Line Managers and recommend smarter ways of working that will deliver both efficiency savings to the business and an enhanced service to internal customers.

To help you succeed, previous experience of working within a fast paced HR environment is desirable along with excellent general knowledge of current and forthcoming employment legislation, case law and the ability to manage complex employee legislation is key.

You will be empowered to deliver world class customer experience and deliver great result, so being a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills, ideally CIPD qualified and the ability to influence at all levels will benefit you in your career with Webhelp.
