The role:
Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm, and will see you out and about on busy high streets in Manchester and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for enthusiastic and bubbly people who want to represent Oxfam and tell members of the public all about the fantastic work they do. Oxfam are an international charity with one primary goal - to end poverty for everyone. They tackle a whole range of issues from health and education to women's rights. You can help make a difference by inspiring others to support the charity and set up regular direct debit donations.

CASE STUDY
"I started my career as a Face to Face fundraiser, I took to it quickly even though I had no experience. I quickly became a Team Leader where I was given a team to coach and support. My pay increased and my interest in a career in fundraising grew. My network of contacts quickly grew and I heard of a marketing and communications role at Oxfam. I applied and got the job. I oversaw a large budget and managed a number of national fundraising campaigns including TV appeal for the charity. If I didn't jump at the chance to fundraise, I wouldn't be where I am now. The fundraising network is tightly linked, progression is inevitable. If you genuinely want to make a different to vulnerable people then become a fundraiser."
