COMMUNITY NAVIGATOR 1 full time POST
Salary: GBP19,747 per annum Fixed term until March hrs a week
Due to a vacancy in our service with Denbighshire County Council linking Health & Social Care within the community, we are recruiting a Community Navigator. For this successful project, which has been operating since 2015, we are looking for a motivated & innovative individual to work with the current team of 3 Navigators.
