My client is a Large Global Consultancy and they are on the market looking for a HR Transformation Project Manager to Lead the design and delivery of change management workstreams through the entire cycle of organisation transformation, such as change impact assessment and leadership engagement.
- Translate organisations' strategic goals into effective target operating models and drive organisational design decisions
- Define and implement the people and organisational implications of major transformation programmes, such as changes to roles and responsibilities, consultation management, capability development and behavioural change
- Structure and manage projects and programmes to meet and exceed client expectations
- Implement leading project management practices
- Execute project management across the full lifecycle of programmes
- Manage project delivery, budget, profitability and scope
- Focus on achieving project / programme goals and objectives to exceed client expectations
- Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions
- Proactively manage senior client stakeholders, including delivering difficult messages and managing performance issues, up to Senior Management and C-Suite levels.
- Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement
- Have strong personal impact and resilience, and be able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions
- Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions.
- Proven experience in one or more of the following: change management, organisational design, process design, HR Transformation, project management, policy harmonisation and technology optimisation
- Experienced management consultant/HR professional with relevant experience in advising clients on large scale HR programmes and OD and change projects within large and complex organisations
- Proven track record of delivering HR related projects
- Demonstrated track record of building client relationships
- A proven track record of proactively managing client stakeholders, including providing constructive challenge, influencing decisions, providing robust advice, delivering difficult messages and managing performance issues, up to C suite-1 level
