HR Business Partner

Your new role

Reporting directly into the Head of People, you will be working closely with the regional managers to lead on the talent and performance agenda across the organisation. This will include developing and delivering people strategies to ensure the engagement of staff at all levels, and driving performance throughout the organisation.

In addition, you will be working closely with Recruitment Managers to develop candidate attraction strategies and manage the end to end recruitment process. The organisation is currently focusing on developing talent within the business by coaching and supporting managers to drive performance, recognise talent and improve the L&D offering.

The successful candidate will also get involved in all day to day HR activities such as analysing HR metric data to identify key trends, reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures and supporting with all ER casework.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will be an inquisitive, creative and confident individual who thrives in a flexible and adaptable working environment. Previous experience managing talent, engagement and performance initiatives is essential, as is an understanding of all operational HR such as employee relations, recruitment and policies.
