Oakleaf Partnership are happy to be working with a leading management consultancy firm based in London who are looking for an HR Administrator to join their team. This role will be a part of the HR team and will be supporting the HR function in reviewing all HR processes to ensure the maximum efficiency across the function.General duties will include, but not be limited to:Undertaking a full audit of all HR filesActively reviewing current processes and proceduresWorking closely with the HR coordinators on wider projects to improve efficiency across the HR functionSupport the implementation of proposed/agreed process changesAny other adhoc HR administrative duties. The ideal candidate will: Have a proven interest in HRHave experience working with databasesHave a high attention to detail and very strong communication skillsBe organised and able to work to deadlinesBe hardworking with an ability to prioritise and multi-task and possess good time managementBe a team player, have a positive can-do attitude and be keen to learn and developHave excellent computer skills (particularly Excel, PowerPoint).
