Oakleaf Partnership are happy to be working with a leading management consultancy firm based in London who are looking for an HR Administrator to join their team. This role will be a part of the HR team and will be supporting the HR function in reviewing all HR processes to ensure the maximum efficiency across the function.

General duties will include, but not be limited to:

Undertaking a full audit of all HR files

Actively reviewing current processes and procedures

Working closely with the HR coordinators on wider projects to improve efficiency across the HR function

Support the implementation of proposed/agreed process changes

Any other adhoc HR administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will:

Have a proven interest in HR

Have experience working with databases

Have a high attention to detail and very strong communication skills

Be organised and able to work to deadlines

Be hardworking with an ability to prioritise and multi-task and possess good time management

Be a team player, have a positive can-do attitude and be keen to learn and develop

Have excellent computer skills (particularly Excel, PowerPoint).
