Job Title: Travel Consultant (Asia and Africa)
Location: Worthing
Hours: Full time
Salary: GBP25k PA

My client is looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and dedicated Travel Consultant to join their fun, dynamic and expanding travel team.
They offer incredibly high standards of customer service, so the ideal candidate must have a huge passion to help customers have an experience of a lifetime!

Responsibilities:
* Dealing with all customer queries through the initial enquiry, to returning from destination
* Design and arrange every part of their holiday requirements
* Deliver excellent customer service as well as expert knowledge within the Asia or Africa region
* Creating truly bespoke holiday itineraries to fulfil your client's expectations
* You will be the main point of contact for your clients, managing every stage of the sales, after-sales and their travel experience
* Building great professional relationships with both clients and customers
* Demonstrating exceptional organisational skills offer inspiring information & advice

Key Skills:
* Professional telephone manner, as well as a great listener
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* An excellent & keen eye for detail
* You must have travelled extensively within South-East Asia, Africa and the wider Asia region
