A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Administrator to join a well-established estate agent with a high level of expertise. The successful Lettings Administrator will be based within a 4-minute walk of London Bridge and earn an annual salary of £25,000 - £28,000.
The company has been operating since 1988 and their SE1 estate agents have a high level of expertise that takes in Waterloo in the West through Bankside to Rotherhithe in the East, extending to the Shard in the North and Elephant & Castle in the South. As a Lettings Administrator you will be reception facing and responsible for completing lettings administration and coordination to support to the lettings team. Key duties will include, but not be limited to:

As a Lettings Administrator you will be reception facing and responsible for completing lettings administration and coordination to support to the lettings team. Key duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Liaising with applicants, lettings negotiators and the property management team to ensure properties are ready for occupancy
- Collecting funds from new tenants prior to tenancy
- Liaising and booking 3rd party contractors and works orders
- Greeting new tenants to present move in packs and keys
- Preparing and processing tenancy agreements
- Both issuing and progressing reference applications
- Organising and dealing with inventories
- Arranging for 3rd party contractors to provide the relevant safety certificates
- Arranging deposit returns
- A smart and smiley person with a warm personality
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to multitask and prioritise tasks well
- Ideally familiar with CFP Winman software
- Happy to work Mon-Fri 9.00am – 6.00pm with an hour’s lunch break, with approximately one Saturday a month (10.00am-4.00pm) in exchange for a day off in lieu or extra pay
- Work with a small team of friendly people
- An office literally in the shadow of the Shard with excellent underground and mainland links
