Based in modern warehouse offices in central Hove and just moments from the beach, our specialists provide tailor-made holiday packages direct to the customer, combining their first-hand resort knowledge and passion for travel with excellent advice and service.
About the Job
We're looking for an experienced and dynamic sales consultant to join our established and expanding team, to sell ski holidays and make a genuine contribution to the business.
Working towards set sales targets, you will be talking to customers over the phone and by email to establish their holiday requirements. You'll then put together suggestions based on your knowledge of our programme and prepare tailored quotations for the customer, whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service both pre- and post-booking.
The ideal candidate will be a keen skier/snowboarder with experience of selling ski holidays. You should have good general knowledge of the ski industry and be well travelled. First-hand knowledge of ski resorts in Canada, USA, Japan, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland in particular will be a distinct advantage for this role. Full training on the destinations and product will be provided, including travel to our resorts.
This role is highly varied and you will be involved throughout the customer journey from point of enquiry right through to booking and beyond, whilst consistently delivering the highest levels of customer service at every stage. You will also be involved in keeping our website up to date, maintaining excellent supplier relationships and contributing to marketing output.

About You
You might be an experienced sales professional already working in the travel industry, perhaps at another ski tour operator. You're motivated by meeting targets, both your own and those of your team. You excel at delivering great customer service and have a positive attitude; you are incredibly organised and have an excellent eye for detail. A passion for travel is vital and, whilst you might not have first-hand knowledge of all our European destinations, you'd be keen - and willing - to learn.
Salary
GBP20-26k dependent on experience, plus generous company benefits including overseas travel to experience the product first-hand, a performance related bonus and company pension scheme.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm, with occasional 10 am-6.30 pm weekday shifts and 10am-4pm Saturday shifts.
