Technical/Customer Service Advisor

Our client who is based in Brockworth is currently seeking to employ a bright, bubbly and dedicated Technical/Customer Service Advisor. You must have a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service.

Your key responsibilities will be:

1) Managing incoming telephone calls.
2) Providing technical advice for a wide range of showers and bathroom products.
3) Taking orders on the telephone from merchants and the general public.
4) Answering customers` questions/queries on existing orders.
5) Receiving and responding to customers` emails.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

1) Technical background with plumbing and/or electrics would be an advantage.
2) Previous customer Service experience.
3) Experience on Outlook, Word and Excel an advantage, but not essential.
4) Polite and professional attitude.
5) Good sense of humour.
