Longleat is recruiting now for Seasonal Team Members  across Food, Beverage & Retail

After a very successful 2017 we are now looking to recruit seasonal Team Members within Food & Beverage & Retail for the 2018 season.  Working within our all non-animal” attractions around the park as Food & Beverage Assistant & Retail Assistant commencing from mid- March throughout the season until January 2019.

We are offering competitive rates of pay, starting at £7.20 per hour for employee’s ages over 18, rising to £7.50 for employees aged over 25. We can offer flexible hours that are available up to and including Full Time.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Food & Beverage Assistant

As a Food & Beverage Assistant you would need to deliver an efficient, cheerful and courteous service to our guests across a variety of food outlets. General duties include taking guest orders at tills and handling the payment, serving orders, clearing tables and generally working as part of a busy team to ensure you provide great service in a timely fashion.

By Easter this year, we’ll be opening a brand new restaurant offering great quality wholesome comfort food for all the family; from rotisserie chicken and ribs, vegan tagine and classic fish and chips to a vibrant salad selection, hot brunches and freshly baked pastries!

Retail Assistant

As a Retail Assistant you will be required to serve visitors at till points, replenish stock levels and deliver excellent customer service. Previous experience would be an advantage although full training will be given to the right candidate.

We would love to hear from you if you have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent guest service and maintaining the highest standards. Our teams are knowledgeable about Longleat, and will go out of their way to help guests. Our team members really make a big difference on our guests’ day. Ideally you will be able to work well in busy times, and will be happy to work in a variety of areas.

HOURS OF WORK

One of the great things about working for us as a team member is that we can offer hours to suit. All types of hours available on a zero hours basis, on full or part time rotas, with weekend and bank holiday working essential due to the nature of our business.
