Reporting to the Senior PR Manager, you will provide day-to-day support to the external communications team in the delivery of our PR and communications activities to help build and maintain a positive reputation of the firm, and promote the expertise of our key sector and practice groups. Sitting within the fast-paced communications department, you will be expected to roll up your sleeves and perform a range of tasks from updating editorial calendars and drafting award submissions through to supporting on strategic PR planning and engaging with the most senior members of the firm. You will be a trusted and active member of the wider communications function, prepared to support other communications projects, including internal communications and social media, during busy periods. This is a 12 months fixed term contract. About you The ideal candidate will have had experience within a professional services or B2B environment, either from an agency or in-house background, and possess sound knowledge of the media landscape. Previous PR experience is essential, as are excellent written and verbal communications skills. Due to the busy nature of the role, you will be expected to be a self-starter and able to hit the ground running from day one. You will need to be extremely well organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks when faced with conflicting deadlines.
