Our client, a well establish Bradford based company, are currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a 12 month maternity cover contract.

The role will be providing all round administrative support to the wider sales team, ensuring all queries are resolved quickly and accurately. Duties will include:

Using your system and company knowledge to resolving a range of queries from the sales team, these could be pricing queries, product queries, client information requests etc.

Maintaining the client database, ensuring all new accounts are added quickly and all contractual and regulatory information is correct, up to date and accurate. You'll also need to ensure that bank account changes and cancellations are processed quickly and accurately.

Using excel and internal systems to create a range of reports for the sales team, these will be both standard reports as well as more in depth bespoke creations, you'll need to have excel skills and be able to create graphs to visualise data.

You'll also key in and create new product files, ensuring you're fully knowledgeable with the product and able to take ownership on queries relating to specific products and brands, becoming an expert in these and ensuring this knowledge is distributed to the wider team.

There will also be an element of the creation of tender documents in the role, you'll liaise with the sales team to ensure they're tender presentations are accurate and supply up to date price lists, marketing aids etc.

This is a highly administrative and organisational focused role! We're looking for a candidate who can think on their feet and enjoys solving problems and multi-tasking.
A strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must, with the ability to analyse and manipulate data and create visually understandable reports for management and the internal sales team.
Excellent communication skills are also a must, you'll need to forge strong relationships with the sales team and be able to liaise with additional internal departments to make sure all queries are effectively resolved.
As there's so much organisation and prioritising needed in this role it's essential you can really organise yourself, prioritise your workload autonomously and thrive under pressure.

Our client offers a salary of £18,000 for the role, on a 12 month fixed contract.
There is also a competitive holiday allowance and free onsite parking.
The offices are located within easy commutable distance from both Bradford and Leeds and would suit candidates from either area.
