BROOK STREET are delighted with to announce that an opportunity for a Stores Administrator has arisen with an immensely successful Sunderland based company.
This is a Fixed Term Contract for six months and is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday with an immediate start.
Reporting to the Stores Administration Team Manager, you will provide an important administration service to the Supply Chain function.
As an essential team member, you will be a confident communicator who demonstrates an individual drive for quality and the achievement of excellent standards in all areas of your work.
It is essential that you have comprehensive PC skills including an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with stock management systems would be beneficial.
Your main responsibilities are to provide comprehensive administration support to the Supply Chain on a daily basis. You will be required to cover the capture and processing of equipment orders, as well as providing information on stock availability. You will also be required to assist with the preparation of Supply Chain reports and statistics.
As a result of the varied nature of this role, your organisational and planning skills will be of a high standard. You will demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, with changing workloads and priorities. You will work with enthusiasm, energy and drive to achieve targets and deadlines. You will be keen to develop your existing skills while also learning about Supply Chain and other areas of the business.
