Operations Manager (Insurance)
Location: West Malling
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (dependant on experience)
Do you have commercial operations experience and enjoy working in a customer-focused environment?
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day activities of a customer-service team who specialise in handling emergency cases for travellers worldwide. As the Operations Manager, your responsibility will be to make sure that all cases are handled within the agreed time scales and to continuously plan areas of improvement and development.
