Michael Roe Motor Engineers is one of East Yorkshires longest serving independent family run motor repair garages established over 36 years, working from a modern well equipped workshop.

We are currently recruiting an experienced Qualified Technician. Preferably a MOT tester

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles of all types
• Work to the highest level
• Repair, test vehicles and diagnose faults
• Replace components, parts, lubricants and consumables whilst maintaining records and usage
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area, organised and safe from hazards to 'Health and Safety'
• Own and maintain your own hand tools

• Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.30
• 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8.00 to 12.00

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years' experience post qualifying period
• Full driving licence
• Willing to attend training courses
