Passionate about care? Love helping others? Looking for a role that allows you to assist someone in making their life the best it can be? Then we have the perfect role for you! We are currently recruiting for care assistants in Northampton to work within a residential home based in Weston Favell.
While working in the home you will be part of a great team that are focused on proving the best possible care to the residents. You will be required to help the residents get up, dressed and ready for the day ahead. Duties here will involve prepping food and helping at meal times, planning activities and social events to keep spirits high. Other daily needs might be to assist on visits with family and friends and administering medication.
The perfect candidate for this role would be someone that is caring yet professional and is able to be compassionate to residents. 12 months experience within care is required along with an up to date DBS.
