The Role

• Deliver a tailored personal shopping experience
• Skilled in building relationships, immaculately groomed
• To attract and establish a client relations business stream and high value clients
• Work closely with the cruise line to ensure daily operations and functions are carried in line with company policies and procedures
• Build and maintain strong and loyal relationships with clients to drive sales, affiliated sales and repeat business
• Attract and develop VIP and high net worth individuals
• Provide expert advice to assist clients across all product categories and sales channels
  partnering with cruise line where necessary to successfully close sales
• Meet and consult with appointment customers regarding their particular requests (pre-boarding)
• Maximise the potential of the private shopping experience
• Represent in all public/on-board events and activities, in order to promote services and products

The Person

• Strong relationship building experience in a luxury/high end environment.
• A strong background in Retail, Customer Service and high end sales.
• The ability to network with customers to increase sales.
• A professional and friendly but confident demeanor is essential.
• Impeccable Appearance and Grooming Standards
• Confident Social Media user
