Skills for Care has an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join our existing team providing high quality IT Support working with a team of experienced professionals modernising and implementing enterprise IT solutions and to remain at the forefront of digital technology.

The Role
The role will focus on provision of support across the entire technology estate for staff mainly focus on Microsoft technologies.
The successful candidate will have considerable experience in technical support already and will have comprehensive Windows Desktop support skills. You will need strong Windows MDT or SCOM knowledge too and should be fully acquainted with Active Directory, Exchange DNS, DHCP, VPN, BitLocker etc. We are currently migrating to Office 365, so experience of supporting users on O365 would be preferred.
Requirements of the role

Strong technical support background, with analytical IT problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of Office 365 and associated technologies (Exchange/ SharePoint)
- Experience managing device security including Antivirus, Email and Web Filtering

Experience of managing desktop imaging and maintaining Microsoft Windows Imaging files
You will have the ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism and accuracy, have a strong attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team.
As well as your support responsibilities you will also be engaged in project work aimed at ensuring the environment is continuously kept up to date and remains resilient always.
