My client based in Maidstone are looking for a Stock administrator. The role requires proficiency in word and excel and numeracy and literacy skills. the focus of the role is to ensure that all stock or post processing deadlines are met and that company stock is managed accurately.

The duties are as follows:-

  • Process stock requisitions and external customer orders within specified timeframes.
  • Accurately record movement of stock within the inhouse database
  • Administer branch stock holdings & return to stock aids.
  • Undertake and record stock checks within specified timeframes.
  • Produce month end reports.
  • Liaise with manufacturers to resolve purchasing queries.
  • Effectively resolve stock queries with internal and external customers.
  • Manage the dispenser audit process.
  • Manage stock rotation.
  • Manage our stock of dispenser equipment (audiometers, calibration etc) including clearances.
  • Processing of invoices and other stock team processing responsibilities.
  • Ensure the COSHH process is managed and followed in line with published procedures.
  • Provide cover for the wider Admin team.
  • To organise and process all inbound/outbound post throughout the day, managing collections from each team and arranging dispatch via Royal Mail and Couriers.
  • Preparation of daily productivity report updates in Excel and production of weekly/monthly reports in managers absence.
  • Process verification of all invoices for the post and stationary used and compile the monthly budget in manager's absence.
