Our client is looking for successful call handlers to join their busy call centre based in Bolton, close to the Macron football stadium. Minimum of 37 hours per week but this will involve working a mixture of shifts such as daytime, evening and weekend.
The successful applicants will be responsible for assessing clinical symptoms, using internal software to determine a course of action, and then transfer patients to appropriate providers.
THIS ROLE WILL GO PERMANENT AFTER APPROXIMATELY 6 MONTHS
You will have the following skills
- excellent communication skills
- be able to navigate between different screens to establish key information
- listen and record information quickly and accurately
- be able to work to deadlines
- need to be reliable and flexible in terms of working hours
Salary will start at £8 per hour, and you will be entitled to a shift allowance, uniform, and on site parking.
