An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Accommodation Manager to join us in Manchester.

Within this role, you will be the face of Mears and will manage and oversee all of the operations of our 346 bed Student Accommodation scheme in Salford.

Within this role, you will lead a team to provide a high quality service; ensuring outstanding customer service and maximizing our income.

Through effective client management and excellent organisational skills, you will coordinate the functions essential to delivering a first-class service to our residents.

This will include arranging a social event programme, ensuring repairs and maintenance are completed on time, ensuring cleaning is of the very highest standards and our out of office hours service maintains the exceptional standards required.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have worked at least 2 years at a managerial level within a hospitality/property/student environment.

With an understanding of a customer focused environment, you will have proven marketing and sales expertise coupled with strong financial acumen and experience of managing P & L accounts.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also important along with strong IT skills.
