A leading Main Contractor require an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for a GBP25m New Build development scheme in Hackney, North East London. Quantity Surveyors with New Build Main Contracting or House Building experience are preferable. Quantity Surveyors will be reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager, both assisting in the overall delivery of this site. This role will suit an established Quantity Surveyor who has surpassed Assistant Quantity Surveyor level and is managing their own job(s). Quantity Surveyors will be working on a flagship scheme. Quantity Surveyors applying for this position will need to want to work as part of a team, be confident running their own jobs from procurement to final accounts.
