An industry leading General Insurance business operating within the London Market is currently looking to appoint a forward thinking FP&A Manager to sit within their Group Finance team. This is an already well established business whose products are offered globally, with further substantial growth plans for this year. Their expertise spans across specialty and generalist lines as well as niche and emerging markets. This is a newly created role as result of the expansion.

The FP&A Manager will work to enhance forward financial planning, and support continued growth within the business through objective financial analysis. The FP&A Manager will assist the CFO and Group FC with the design and production of forward looking data such as forecasts, budgets and analysis for the support of key business decisions.

The ideal candidate for this role will closely meet the following description:

Qualified accountant with an appropriate level of experience
Big 4 experience highly desirable
Exceptional analytical skills with a genuine passionate for financials
Prior insurance industry experience - ESSENTIAL
Solid FP&A background (strong budgeting/forecasting/financial modelling skills)
Advanced financial modelling and MS Excel skills
Experienced in reviewing financial information to identify data anomalies, trends, or deviations
Ability to simplify and present complex financial information to senior management to support business decisions
