Project manager -London Consultancy - Residential & Commercial

My client, an established and reputable Multi-Disciplinary Construction Consultancy based in Central London, are seeking a Project Manager to join their team and immediately start working towards a more senior role within the organisation.

The Company

The Project Manager will be working for one of the most respected Project Management and cost consultancies on high value build and refurbishment projects across Commercial Development, High End Residential and Hotels, among others.

The Role

The successful Project Manager will be managing the successful implementation and delivery of projects to ensure that they are on time, to high quality and within the specified budget. The successful Project Manager will be delivering specialist services across pre-contract management services, employers' agent, development management, contract administration and programme management.

The Person

As a Project Manager, you will ideally have 3 - 6 years Project Management Experience with MRICS or MAPM, and hold other relevant qualifications or be in the process of doing so.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Construction related degree
• Construction Consultancy experience
• Demonstrable experience delivering high value construction projects
• Client facing and driven to succeed
• Current asnd UK experience
