The Role:
A new opportunity to become part of the expanding Quantity Surveying team within the established project consultancy teams, to enhance and support the main business' growth plans.
Reporting to the Head of Cost Management, for the right person, this is an opportunity to develop a successful service in a new region and to grow with the business in line with your career.
They have successfully developed a Cost Consultancy service line in the South East and as part of the business growth aspirations, are looking to build upon these successes in the Midlands.
An MRICS Quantity Surveyor you will deliver cost planning and cost management services in relation to construction projects and in support of the Cost Consultancy team in the Midlands and London while developing the Cost Consultancy service line in the Midlands and supporting Cost
Consultancy growth within residential, office, retail and industrial portfolios.
MRICS with strong commercial private sector experience you will need to have a good client network and be happy with business development.
