Salary - to GBP35,000
An opportunity for an individual with a grounding in Property Binding Authority business from a broking angle, to join a leading Lloyd's Broker as part of a well established, professional and highly motivated team where you will be responsible for providing binder technical support, dealing with Worldwide property business emanating mostly from North America, including catastrophe exposed areas
Specific duties to include:
Checking Client record is set up in the broking system, preparing approval forms where necessary
Preparing renewal presentations for brokers to submit to underwriters
Preparing binder Market Reform Contracts, including profit commissions and handling any relevant endorsements & portfolio transfers
Undertaking renewal and ad hoc statistical analysis as required
Setting up and completing the Binding Authorities in BARs
Completing compliance annual updates and new applications within Atlas
Providing evidence of cover to clients, including FATCA, Withholding Statements, subjectivities, and completing the validation process
Previous experience handling non-marine property binding authorities within the Lloyd's market is essential for consideration in relation to this role.
