To start as soon as possible but must be available by September 2018 at the latest.

This organisation is seeking an outstanding individual to join their dedicated and talented team which inspires and nurtures their family of 141 Church Schools. This is an exciting and challenging role, in the context of an organisation which places Christian values at the heart of their Church School family.

The successful candidate will have a proven record of leading projects with fellow professionals and be committed to the development of church school education. They will have excellent interpersonal and pastoral skills, be able to embrace new opportunities and have the ability to work collaboratively, building strong, effective partnerships with a variety of stake holders in education. The post requires an enthusiasm for developing and sharing excellent practice with colleagues so that the education in the Diocese of Lincoln continues to thrive.

They are looking to appoint a suitably qualified candidate on a permanent full time (37 hours per week) contract. Candidates wishing to work 4 days per week (0 part time) instead of full time should state this in their application for consideration. You must be a person of faith (genuine occupational qualification as specified within the Equalities Act 2010).
