Package: GBP20,000 - GBP23,000 salary, plus 28 days holiday and various benefits.

This tutor position is a purely classroom based position delivering functional skills to learners between the ages of 16-24. You will groups of varying sizes, max 15 learners at a time, and with varying levels. Your responsibilities include tailoring your delivery to engage with the learners on an individual basis so that as a group they achieve high success rates.

Along with Functional Skills delivery you will be delivering an entry level business qualification, that will give learners the knowledge and skills of how to operate within a corporate office environment. For this, we are looking for someone who is engaging and can not only manage a group of learners but make it interactive and enjoyable for them as well.
