The Role

Our client, a renowned International Property Consultancy, is looking for a commercially focused Associate Director to join the team. Working in an innovative team based in the City, you will be responsible for the management of a high profile, property portfolio made up of all sectors. This includes offices, retail parks/high street retail, and logistics to name a few. The client base includes notable Pension Funds, Private Investors and Property Companies across London and the South East of England.

In a client-facing role with interesting and varied work, emphasis lies on leading client relationships, managing and mentoring your team, as well as day-to-day property management. Opportunities to become involved in asset management are there to be taken, as well as business development and involvement in pitches.

Some key responsibilities:

• Driving business growth and profitability
• Ensuring all fees are collected and no debt
• Holding and developing key relationships with clients through face to face communication
• Owning/managing the transition of clients and properties in and out of the business
• Direct responsibility for the management of diverse, high profile properties within a portfolio
• Carrying out site visits and property inspections
• Cross-selling activities
