MRICS Residential Valuation Surveyor

Your new company
Hays Property and Surveying are seeking an MRICS Residential Valuation Surveyor to join to a leading Independent Property Consultancy in Southampton.

Your new role
Working within a multi-disciplinary team of property and building professionals, you will be responsible for providing a range of Residential Valuation Advisory services to a portfolio of clients including Private Investors, Developers, Prop Cos and Major Lenders. On behalf of these clients you will undertake a number of specific professional responsibilities, which may include; 'Red Book' Valuation reports for a variety of purpose, such as Mortgage/Loan Security, Taxation, Accounting, Inheritance, Residual and Development appraisals.

Initially, your role will see you based out for the Southampton office however, the business has a client base spread across the South Coast region, so regular travel to properties and sites will be expected.

What you'll need to succeed
In order succeed within the role, you will an experienced MRICS qualified Surveyor within significant experience in undertaking a variety of Residential Valuation Advisory services, as listed in the above.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to be dynamic and commercial astute individual with an excellent client facing demeanour.
