Veracode is currently looking for a Security Program Manager based in London to manage several key enterprise customers in EMEA.

Job Overview

Responsible for driving Veracode customer's security programs while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and drive services and license utilization leading to ROI recognition, strong contract renewals, and solution growth opportunities. Tactical approach to meet customer needs.

The Security Program Manager role is to enable the end-to-end success of my customers' application security program.

The Security Program Manager leads several Veracode's security programs and manages enterprise-wide programs for multi-national clients, providing education on the importance of secure coding within the application architecture.Key focus areas include: Security program development, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery, DevOps and build process integration. Consulting with clients on all facets of the SDLC (system development life cycle) and including static code analysis, dynamic and manual penetration testing, 3rd party components, rigorous process improvements and tracking, developer education, and regular strategic advisory discussions with executive leadership.

Work Experience

Typically, 3 years of related professional experience in Program management, Project Management, Customer Success etc. within IT or Technology is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interacting with C level client stakeholders (VP's, Directors, Heads of Security etc.)
  • Ensuring the performance of the Veracode organization with the goal of surpassing client expectations.
  • Significant client stakeholder engagement, for example quarterly strategic meetings, roadmap definition and engaging clients' software supply chain.
  • Internal collaboration and account planning, for example competitive analysis, relationship mapping and identification of growth opportunities.
  • Helping the Veracode Services organization innovate, mature and grow.


Skills & Competencies

• AppSec Industry

Proficient knowledge of industry talking-points. Developing strategic skills around AppSec maturity and program development.

• Veracode Products / Services

Extensive training will be provided on Veracode product to allow effectively pitch/demo all Veracode technology. Awareness of competitive technology capabilities.

• Program Management

Comprehensive knowledge and delivery of tactical tasks. communicates effectively with developers about their technical environment. Demonstrates proficiency at delivering against defined client program goals and objectives. Strong project management skills. Will use MS Office skills, Salesforce, Confluence content collaboration software and Jira. Effectively communicates via email, WebEx and phone. Creates and delivers presentations using primarily existing content.

• Consulting Skills

Emerging strategic consulting skills. Proficient cross-selling skills and able to identify opportunities for expansion. Thorough understanding of Veracode's value drivers and ability to incorporate them into messaging.

• Other

Builds and maintains relationships with sponsor and day-to-day contacts. Skilled at account discovery and collaborating on goals/objectives for client program.

Business travel of approximately 10 percent yearly is expected for this position.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent.

Fluent in English. Another European language is advantageous.
